Convergence Quilting

I was commissiomed to make a snap close purse in brown and blue. After finding the fabric I wanted to use I decided to do it in the convergence quilt style. The key is “slow, undulating curves” and is fun to make your own design. You do get 2 mirror pieces out of it.

You sew the pieces together with only a 1/8-inch seam and iron it flat.
Then you cut again and add your accent pieces.

This will be the main body of the purse.
I use this book for the convergence pieces I make. It’s great!
